about me
Orematherapy stands for Ore Mountains Aromatherapy – and I stand for sharing their energy with fellow people, whether in form of Tuina therapy or aromatherapy – more often than not blended together.
For me, mountains have always been a source of rejuvenating energy, inspiration and also a source of the very best scents there are to find.
Imagine sitting on a Spring evening… as the air is cooling off, a breeze wafts and with it it brings scent of herbs touched by the setting sun… and your mind is suddenly touched by pleasant memories you have long forgotten even existed.

AROMATHERAPY HEALS THROUGH SUBCONSCIOUS, BUT IT´S SCIENCE, TOO
If the above picture is poetic, that is true – aromatherapy heals the mind through positive associations and subtle (or sometimes very strong) emotions triggered by smell. Besides, smelling something nice, whether flower petal, or sun-heated pine resin, is always pleasant, right?
But behind scents, whether they are essential oils distilled into purest possible form, or wild-growing herbs, there are chemical substances, which, in fact, affect our bodies and minds on a molecular level.
Many of those are already being used in modern medicine – so it makes sense that ingesting them via different way – by our noses – works as well.

But how is massage therapy related to all that?
In my experience, when the body is able to sink into deep relaxing state, the massage therapy itself is simply that much more effective. Of course the therapy itself makes body and mind relax – but by using essential oils and incenses, it makes the whole process easier and deeper at the same time. They just go well hand in hand together.
I will always ask you what would you like to achieve with the therapy and select the oils or incenses that help that. It really works – from simply “knowing” by experience of me and my clients, down to chemistry formulas of each herb and component.

Am I the right one for you?
Let´s be clear – it is not that I have always wanted to do massage therapy since I was born. I have tried and studied many different things – from geology, literature, permaculture, to theology and beyond.
That said, when I first started to study massage therapy in 2017 and, specifically, Chinese Tuina massages, not just me, but close people who knew me saw that I have finally found where I wanted to go deeper, further.
For that reason I constantly better my technique – right now in form of Classical Chinese Medicine related to physical therapy, following the best in our country (Andao Institute) as well as herbalism (Popham), perfumery and aromatherapy (The School For Aromatic Studies, Institute of Aromatherapy).
Aromatherapy, though, has been my ongoing interest years before I have also formally studied it for certification. I have always been mixing my own perfumes and oils, making tinctures and smudging blends.
I source the most natural oils from whoever fits my search for the best (there is sadly not a single supplier who carries everything in the best quality) and I collect most other indgredients by hand in my home, Ore Mountains.
I hope to bring you the energy I get from those mountains daily and perhaps give back some of what they give me by helping people who need it.
By the way, they are awesome – it always makes me smile to hear back and see that their health is back to green again:

Alright, but what to expect?
It is simple – I heal with aromatherapy and massage therapy – my main pillars are Chinese Tuina therapy, Zuliao feet reflexology, holistic healing and of course, aromatherapy either in form of essential oils, herbs, incenses and perfume.
I have studied and dabbled into other forms of massage therapy, but I believe that focusing on just a few concepts allows me to go very deep there and really help specific people, rather than being a generalist.
I often combine all of the above depending on your specific needs.
But of course some clients want to just feel good (and that is awesome), smell series of nice scents for an hour or two, or they want to take the scent with them in form of a perfume.
Also, it is a given that after massage therapy, you will take home exercise know-how, so you can make the healing faster on your own as well.
Last but not least, in case you want to solve some long-pressing problem, I prefer long-term cooperation – not because of my bank account, but because most ongoing issues clients come to me with need ongoing care… that said, I believe that with systematic care and you doing your homework, everything can be solved.
When my part is over, I will be happy to see you heal. If you need any other care I cannot provide, I have a network of other specialists that I will happily refer you to.

Testimonials

Till now I remember the first time I had a chance to try Eva´s handmade perfumes. I was surprised how natural they were and how calm I was feeling when I tried them.
A few months later I got one perfume as a gift. It was made by Eva in cooperation with my husband. I didn´t have a straight idea what I want, I just prefered citrus scents and nothing too heavy.
I am not exactly sure what it is made of, but to me I smell earthy scents which calm me down and lead me to slow down and enjoy the exact moments. On the other hand there are also tangerine and maybe some lemon scents which give me a new energy and self confidence.
Even though I don´t use this perfume everyday (I want to save it for special occasions) and I am having it for almost two years, it still smells the same way as it was new. I am sure that one day when I used it up I would like to meet Eva and definitely create a new one. Thank you!

Emerging tangerine peels are followed by stable earthy notes... they lead me somewhere deep into primal forest.
This is balanced by a hint of exotic scent akin to late Indian summer in South America.

You know what they say - it´s a cliché - I am sorry I did not do this earlier and waited so long. I was hesitant to medicate with chemistry and even more reluctant to see a therapist.
Eva helped me - almost immediately I have felt big relief after the massage, which gave me one or two day window from anxiety - never experienced that before, as it used to be a constant drone.
I was always close to what we call "alternative" medicine, but still did not believe it could really solve my problems. Of course, your problem is always the worst, right? Wrong - it is gone now and I enjoy the exercising regime. Maybe if I toned it down, it would return, who knows? But I don´t have to find out as I love the new me.
Thank you so much!

accordeon closer
Chinese tuina and aromatherapy helped Miro with back pain and anxiety
What Miro needed:
Miro suffered from severe anxiety and had back pain despite being active hiker and mountain biker.
How did I help:
I chose Tuina massage therapy mixed with classic massage and essential oils tailored specifically for calming down anxiety.
I also recommended exercise to follow daily and essential oils to either use as a perfume, or diffuse over candle in water solution.
What was the result:
Miro toned down his anxiety so much that he was able to get rid of it completely afterwards with self-care.
His back pain also disappeared and he exercises daily and thus prevents more pain, as he works with computers in sedentary work.
